Scrap Shotz Reveal

Scrap Shotz Reveal time again.  This month Scrap Shotz kit is so full of Prima Reflections yumminess.  This is waaaay out of my box.   Not my normal style but I did like the challenge.

For my first layout I used this weeks Sketchy Thursday sketch:

We were also challenge to make our own flower embellishments so I made this kind, I have wanted to for awhile and finally did! I used some of the Prima page pebbles as the flower center.  The twine is from May Arts.  This is a layout about how I finally said yes to Jaimee being allowed to get her nose pierced.

This is the sketch that we had to work with this month:
And my layout for it.  Everything is Prima except the bloomers which are Webster's, and small letter stickers (October Afternoon) and of course the twine.

For my next layout I used the new Design Dollies sketch:

This is a photo of my many years ago.  The buttons are from CTMH, bloomers are Websters, twine is May Arts and the '2' is from Elle's Studio.  All the rest is Prima.

Now with the scraps I have made a couple of cards.  I used the Tuesday Trigger:
My first card:

For my next card I used the Skipping Stones sketch:

The inspiration from 4 Crafty Chicks:

The sentiment is from Skipping Stones Dandelion Dreams set, the bloomers are Websters but the rest is Prima.  This is also for the Crazy 4 Challenges challenge - flowers.

YourScrapbookStash DT!

Woo hoo, doing the happy dance, I am now on the DT for Your ScrapbookStash, it was just announced today!

An Easter Egg

Love this inspiration from Jay Gees Nook!  Hopefully will use it again this week!

I was inspired by the different layers and large image of the CASE study challenge:

For my card I also incorporated the Little Red Wagon challenge - animals; Paper Cutz - spring and the Stamp Something challenge - flowers.  Of course it is also for the Moxie Fab Paper Piecing challenge.  The image is from Bugaboos Stamps and the sentiment is from the Happy Easter inside and out set from The Cutting Cafe.  The paper is Making Memories.

Unity We Stand

This week at Wee Memories we are sponsored by Unity!  I love Unity!  Our theme is United We Stamp which means we want you to make cards that can be used for the Operation Write Home cards for soldiers overseas.  There are guidelines to follow, which can be found here, one main one is NO Glitter!  There are many cards that can be useful for the soldiers and the ideas can be found here.

I used this weeks CPS sketch:

For my card I used some Jillibean Soup paper along with these adorable Unity Owls - Lollipop Tree.  This is also for the CCEE challenge - distressing.

Friends with Flair

Time for a Friends with Flair and once again I used a Get Sketchy Sketch for one of my cards.

The sentiment is from Unity and this is also for the Unity Challenge - hearts.

I also dug out some Cosmo Cricket, Echo Park and of course some fun Unity stamps the image and sentiment are from the Going Retro set.  I used the ledger background along with this image that I paper pieced.  The label is one of the new Scrap-Mart Exclusive Spellbinders ones.  I also used the Tea Time background to stamp a pattern on her dress.

Be sure to start at the Unity Blog so you can see what everyone has created for you this week.

Oh and yes you found it!  I have the blinkie this week! Be sure to comment for your chance at the free stamps.

A Hug

I wanted to play along in the new CR84FN challenge because the colors were so pretty:

I used the sketch from Clean & Simple again:

I also used an image from The Graphics Fairy, isn't it beautiful.  And finally, some PTI stamps.

Soup Spotted

Woo hoo I've been Soup Spotted!

Missed You

The challenge at Karber's  this week is Anything Goes.  I had fun paper piecing this image. The sentiment is from Lawn Fawn.  I painted her lips with some Smooch.  This is also for the Moxie Fab Paper Piecing challenge and the Lawnscaping Challenge - paper piecing.

You Go Girl

I have a Scrap-Mart post for you.

They are not only fun they are nice and big, so perfect for coloring with copics or paper piecing like I have done.  This one is the Make it Happen Stamp and I have made a couple of fitness journals.   I have paired it with the Commit to be Fit papers and elements from Sweet Shoppe.  This is also for the Moxie Fab Paper Piecing challenge.

Guest Blogger

A sneak peek:

The wonderfully talented Yvonne has asked me to be a guest on her blog!  I am so honored to have been asked.  What did I do for it?  You'll have to hop on over to Yvonne's blog to find out.  I also have a challenge over there that I hope you play along with.

Wow, featured on Ucreate!

So cool, Kari of Ucreate asked if she could feature one of my cards!  I am so honored as I love her blog, so much inspiration there.  Check it out, and my card is in the side bar.

Easter

Time for another challenge at Get Your Sketch On.

This week we are sponsored by Heather Ellis of Pure Innocence and the DT was given some adorable images to work with!  I love this cute little bunny.  My papers are from Girls Paperie and I am happy... perhaps sad?  that I can say I have pretty much used up every morsel of this pretty paper.  Also very happy to finish off Danica's 2009 album! Yay!

Baby Album

This is a sneak peek of a Baby Boy album that I have been working on today.  The baby was born in January (2nd) so I don't have pictures for the other months yet.  I have left places for the parents to put their own pictures in as well as some journalling.  I LOVE this Teresa Collins kit!  It is going together so easily!

I will only show you a few pages as they are mostly the same and I so far have only done up to August.  I have used some PTI stamps, SRM Stickers and some Jenni Bowlin rubons.  The buttons are CTMH and the twine is from The Twinery.  The stars are cut with my cricut.
