Pumpkin Spice...

Sneaking a last card in for the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop.  Once again I used the Woodland Forest collection by Pebbles.  The sentiment is from Impression Obsession and the coffee cup is a MFT die.  Finally the pumpkin dies are from Simon Says.

Winter Wishes

I took a break from fall and decided to create a Christmas card.  I used the Sleigh Ride collection from Crate Paper (yep, an oldie :) ) along with the Snow Way stamp by Unity.  The flag die is from LDRS Creative.  The gray background paper was a bit dark so I stitched a piece of vellum over the top of it.

I cut a tag from the pattern paper, punched a hole and added some Divine Twine.  I then mounted it on foam squares.

I played along with a few challenges (click on image to go to site).  The sketch is from Freshly Made Sketches:
I was inspired to create a winter card because of the colors in this photo from Pinspirational Challenges:

And I was inspired to make it cute (and for me it is a CAS card ;) )

Thankful... for tea ;)

I played along once again in the Coffee Lovers Bloghop and I used the Woodland Forest collection by Pebbles.  I also finally broke in my Window Die from My Favorite Things.  I wanted it to look like sitting inside on a blustery fall day, enjoying a cup of tea :)  The cup is the Hot Cocoa Die from My Favorite Things.

Time for a winter card...

Hi everyone, I'm back again!  I'm kinda liking this crafting gig again ;)

I used the Wish Season by Fancy Pants... LOVE this collection!  Must be the pink :)

I stamped Mr. Frosty (Unity) on a journal card and mounted him on foam squares.  As always, my winter cards seem to have a vellum snowflake or two somewhere.

I played along with a couple of challenges:  (click on images)

Child's Birthday Card

When I saw the Fusion card challenge, I knew I had to play... I had some new Hooray by My Mind's Eye papers just waiting to be used :)

A super easy card to put together, can you see the vellum jar?  The balloons are mounted on foam squares.

The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink.

Can you tell which part of the challenge I was inspired by? ;)  The papers were perfect!

I am also playing along with:

Time for Tea cards

Being a tea lover, after all of those coffee themed cards, I had to do a couple of tea ones ;)
I used the Office 365 collection by Fancy Pants and created a couple of 'tea reading' type of cards.

First up I used the Hug in a Mug stamp from The Ton along with a sentiment from the Beautiful Life set by Honey Bee and finally completed it with a Concord & 9th die.

I am playing along with the Sunday Stamps sketch for this week:

Next up, I really like this card!  I used the Let's Chat stamp from Concord & 9th along with a sentiment from the Posted Notes stamp set by Reverse Confetti.

A trio of citrus inspired cards

When I first saw the inspiration at The Card Concept, I thought I wouldn't be playing along.  After all it is fall, and I have been in fall mode with my cards.... however... I challenged myself and I am glad that I did.

I pulled out my Citrus Bliss collection by Pink Paislee and went to work.

I am so happy I challenged myself to play along as it made me pull out a few neglected dies and stamps.  First up some Avery Elle items.  I used the Margarita Shaker Die along with the Berry Good stamp set for this fun card.  I fussy cut some lemons from the pattern paper and mounted one of them on foam squares

Next up I used the Soda Pop Bottles and Soda Pop stamp by My Favorite Things... first time using them and they have been waiting for awhile ;)  The label was fussy cut from the pattern paper and mounted on foam squares.

Finally, I also played along with the MFT sketch challenge and used the Mason Jar Labels stamp set along with the Mason Jar die.  Once again, the lemon is fussy cut and mounted with foam squares.

Grateful heart

Live blogging happening here again :)

I decided to play a bit before getting on with my day.  I used the Harvest collection by Pebbles and the Hot Cocoa MFT die for a fun fall card.

Once again... you can imagine what is in the cups, for me it is tea ;)  For the sentiment, I cut apart one of the journal tags in the paper pack.  The twine is from May Arts.  The heart is from a punch that I have had for years, I think it may be a Marvy one.  Of course I had to add some staples.

Played with this sketch:

And of course playing along in this!

The colors were inspired from this challenge:

Same sketch and papers 2 different looks

When I saw the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches I knew I had to try it.  I also wanted to play along in the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop so I created a couple of coffee themed cards using some Prima paper.

First up I used the Coffee Word die from Stamplorations along with the Anywhere there's Coffee stamp, both from Stamplorations.  The coffee rings are from the New Day Stamp set by Precious Remembrance.  I mounted the main image on Foam Squares (Scrapbook Adhesives) and the twine is from May Arts.

Next up, I love the Cathy Caffeine from Art Impressions.  I paper pieced her, cut her out and mounted on foam squares.  I thought the sentiment from Stamplorations was perfect :)

Here is the sketch:
