Using a sketch as a starting point to create different looks

I am up on the Unity Blog today, sharing how I start with a basic card sketch and altering it slightly to create different looks.  Be sure to pop on over as I have 4 sketches up and of course lots more photos and information.

I have used some older Heidi Swapp papers... still some of my favorite papers along with several Angie Girls from Unity.

Be sure to check out the Unity post for more information.

Back to say, thanks for the tips(no place to leave a comment on the other blog)! I really like the variations on the basic sketch. I really like all your paper piecing and the sentiments you chose. Terrific work!

Terrific and very contemporary looks! Wonderful and refreshing color combos used, too. And it's marvelous to see the 4 side by side to see the slight additions or variations between them! KUDOS!
