Inspired By... classy desk

The new Inspired By Challenge is up and it inspired me to create this layout using one of my Felicity Jane kits

I love that she calls me Gwama :) I just layered bits and pieces of the kit to create my layout.  I was inspired by the Kraft, Black & White and gold.

Here is the inspiration, isn't it pretty?  Hop on over to see what the design team have created... and of course, play along.

Caffeinated Inspiration

I am up on the CLC Blog today with an inspiration challenge. I went with a back to school theme for my card.

I have used some Echo Park Paper along with stamps from The Stamps of Life and Studio Katia. Finally finished off with a button from A Flair for Buttons.

For more details and to play along... come on over to the CLC  Blog.

Inspired By... rustic summer

The new Inspired By challenge is up and it kind of pulls at my heart... makes me think of all the little hands that have handed me a bouquet of dandelions over the years (many of my students bring them to me)

Anyways I was inspired by the country feel of the photo and used some Jillibean Soup goodies. I used the Farmhouse Stew collection for my card.

I pulled out the color of the rustic lantern and then went with a jar filled with a bouquet of flowers, which is mounted on foam squares.

Make Lemonade

When I saw the challenge over at Simon Says I knew I had to play as I had some Stamplorations stamps that just needed to be inked ;)

I kept it pretty simple, seems as though I am saying that a lot lately.

I stamped, cut out and mounted the lemons on foam squares for dimension. The stitched frame is also from Stamplorations

Big hearts shape little minds

I'm getting back in to the school groove - going in to prep for the upcoming year. School renos are happening, my room is a disaster and I have no where to put things.... I keep telling myself it will all be worth it ;)

Anyways, another card done for a coworker. For this one, I once again used the Back to School collection by Echo Park. This time I paired it with some Reverse Confetti goodies.

I die cut the ABC Cover Panel then stitched it onto some pattern paper.

I then just layered some goodies. I stamped and die cut the All Apples and mounted on foam squares. The little worm is from the Worm Wishes stamp set - he is so cute!  Finally I added a button from A Flair for Buttons

Berry Sweet

I may be headed out on a hike with hubby today so I snuck in some crafty time first.

I am playing along with a few challenges - clean and simple ones - so my card is clean and simple :)

I used the Berry Sweet stamp and die from Reverse Confetti. After die cutting and stamping I stitched around the berries for some interest.

I then stapled on a die cut sentiment before mounting the berries on foam squares. Gingham to me adds a great summertime feel so these gingham buttons from A Flair for Buttons are perfect.

Products used:

Paper: Fancy Pants
Stamps: Reverse Confetti
Dies: Reverse Confetti; Echo Park; MFT
Button: A Flair For Buttons
Washi: SU!

Inspired By... sea scape

The new Inspired By challenge is up and it gave me a good excuse to use my new fish net die from La-la-Land

My card is pretty simple, I kept the colors, theme and feel of the inspiration photo.  The anchor die is from Echo Park, the sentiment die is from Heffy Doodle and finally the stamped sentiment is from Simon Says

Inspired By... cool treat

The new Inspired By challenge is up and I honestly wasn't sure I was going to get anything created for it as we are on holidays this week.  I managed to squeeze in a bit of time before we left so here is my card.

The papers are from Reverse Confetti but that amazing stamp... that is from Sunny Studio (Two Scoops) - LOVE her layered stamps!

Not much to say... I'm rushing around like a mad woman trying to get things done!

Be sure to check out what the rest of the design team have created and of course play along!

Sketchy Saturday with Pebbles and Technique Tuesday

Hi everyone. It is time for another Sketchy Saturday. I will be leaving this one open for 2 weeks as we are on holidays and I just ran out of time to create one for next week. You understand, I know you do :)

Anyways for my card I am sneaking one of my last summer themed projects... I am itching to start on fall, what about you?

I have used some Pebbles paper along with the Summer Adventure Stamp set by Tecnhique Tuesday. I used one of the stamps to create a text background.

I then used my favorite sun die My Sunshine by Reverse Confetti

CLC collaboration blog hop with Our Daily Bread Designs

Hi everyone, CLC has collaborated with Our Daily Bread for a fun blog hop and of course there are prizes so be sure to be commenting on the blogs along the way.

You should have arrived here from Kathy's blog, if not be sure to head over to the CLC blog and find out where to go from there!

I was given the Tea Time and Tea Pot and Roses die to play with.

First I created a card. I was a sucker for this sentiment, I love it! As a tea drinker I can see me using this sentiment over and over.

I then thought it would be nice to create a little jar to hold some of my loose leaf tea - I do have quite the stash... Irish Breakfast is my favorite :)

First I covered the jar with some of the ODB papers, then I just created a little tag. I stamped the sentiment then made it into another tag. Quick and easy!

That's it for this hop. I hope that you enjoyed the projects!
