The design team were given some of the newest stamps to play with (available on September 8th!). For my card I combined the new Cotton & Thistles with the Worm Wishes stamp set. It actually works out well as I have a colleague that is going through a hard time right now so I thought of her when I was creating this. Although she lives in the same town as me, I am going to pop this in the mail.
The background die is the Squared Off Cover Panel from Reverse Confetti. I thought it brought out the basket feel from the photo. I then pulled the colours from the scarf for the flowers and the white jar is for the white mugs in the photo. Of course I pulled in the mustard yellow of the sweater in the pencil and finally... the apples. I have a thing for apples this week, don't I?! The bits of pattern paper, were tucked in under the jar much like the scarf is in the photo. The pattern paper is the Every Little Bit, also from Reverse Confetti. Finally, the little tag is cut from some of the packaging I received with my Reverse Confetti goodies.
Now here is the photo... can't wait to see what you do!
Now be sure to head on over to Inspired By and play along - there is a Reverse Confetti gift certificate up for grabs!
