So Much Happy... at Four

Ooohhh a layout ;) Well, when you get such a cute photo of your grand daughter... you have to scrap it.

I used a new collection by CTMH So Much Happy.... there really is... it is such a bright, fun happy collection! Available TOMORROW!

I cut and layered bits of the papers and of course added some stitching.  The added sentiments are either from the Complements or some stamped sentiments, which I like to stamp on patterned paper for interest. 

I created the tag using stamps, stickers and bits of paper. 

I cut the title FOUR with our block alphabet dies.

Sketchy Saturday with the Heart Happy collection

Saturday means another Sketchy Saturday here on my blog. :)

I am using the fabulous Heart Happy collection once again but this time showing how it can be used for things other than just Valentines. The colors are perfect for birthday cards too.

I layered pieces of the pattern paper. To get the flags at the top, I actually cut them out of the pattern paper, stacked them then adhered. The ice cream stamp is a sneak peek of a new set that will be available on January st!!! Wait until you see some of the fun new things!

To accent the cherry, I added a Red Pearl. The stamped sentiment is from the January SOTM :)

More than Canada loves Hockey....

Since the True North Stamp set is on sale TODAY ONLY I decided to sneak another card in using it. This time I focused on the hockey... which hubby loves. I combined it with some of the Heart Happy collection. To make it more masculine, I used a Kraft cardstock base.

Do you spy the Decorative Borders die... can you tell which one is my favorite?!

The stitched heart die is a sneak peek of things to come :) I stamped the sentiment and cut it apart. The hockey skates are mounted on a foam circle for dimension.

Berry Best with Heart Happy

Just sharing another creation with the Heart Happy collection... just getting a number of different cards ready for my January card class and I want to show the many different ways this collection can be used.

I have snuck in a sneak peek of one of the new stamp sets coming out in the new catalog... it is pretty sweet ;) I like the look of the pastel strawberries. 

I have also used the Stitched Border stamp set - which is RETIRING in a couple days so get it now!

I stamped and cut out the berry basket and mounted on foam circles.

Inspired By... let it snow

The new Inspired By Challenge is up and it is very fitting for this time of year.  Makes me think of being cozied up inside on a cold winter day.

Having said that though... I went the other way with it. I pulled out the squares and the snowflakes with my Simon Says die and created another winter card. I imagine skating out on a frozen pond. Did you ever do that? As a child, I did a couple of times, such great memories.

I am also on the AFFB blog today and to carry out the winter theme I used one of the Hot Cocoa flair to tie the card together.

I am loving the skates from the True North stamp set, get it now... only available for a few more days!
