Inspired By...laundry day

It's time for another challenge over at Inspired By.

I pulled out the colors of the photo, the 'country theme' and the clip. It gave me a good excuse to use the new Sweet Girl collection by CTMH, such soft pretty colors and I thought the whimsical butterfly background paper along with the chicken wire pulled out the country feel of the photo. 

For the sentiment I used this month's (last day to get it) SOTM. I stamped it and then cut it apart before adhering.

The new Inspired By Challenge is up.

I'm sure once you see the inspiration you will see how I was inspired. But, I pulled out the colors, flowers and woodgrain.

I used some Felicity Jane goodies for my simple card.

I mounted the image on foam squares for some dimension.

CLC - Caffeinated Inspiration

I am up on the CLC Blog with sadly my last post as a DT member over there as I decided to step down (at least for now). Life is busy (a fun busy but busy) and I just don't get much crafty time.

Inspired By...pillows

Another pretty inspiration photo over at Inspired By today...

I have used, once again, some Felicity Jane goodies. They have the best floral papers for fussy cutting - and yes I did fussy cut the flowers. 

I pulled out the check pillow... only had scraps of the actual same color check, and then used some grid paper.

Inspired By...full bloom

The new Inspired By Challenge is up and once again, so pretty. No layout for me this time. I knew I had to use this retired paper by CTMH... isn't it perfect?  The stamp is this months SOTM.

I just layered the papers and then fussy cut some of the flowers from the pattern paper and adhered. Super fast and easy!

CLC inspiration - spring tea

I am up on the CLC blog today sharing another inspiration. 

For my card I dug into some new CTMH goodies... it had me at tea ;)

I used the Cup of Tea stamp and die set. I then paired it with this months SOTM  (To My Bestie) The pattern paper is from the Sweet Girl collection. 

Spring Summer CLC Blog Hop

It's that time of year again! Time for the Spring/Summer Coffee Lovers' Blog Hop. And once again, there are a ton of prizes to be given away so be sure to play along with us this week!


I have used some new CTMH papers called Into the Wild for my Summer inspired card.

I then paired it with a couple of my favorite coffee themed stamps. The mug is from Stamplorations (Big Christmas Cups) - although they are called Christmas cups, they remind me of the old enamel camping mugs so that's what I am going for with my card.

I stamped on my mug a sentiment from the Coffee Quotes set by Joy Clair. 

As a final touch, to carry out the theme I added a die cut word using an Echo Park die.

Inspired By.... pennants

The new Inspired By challenge is up and it is so pretty.

Once again I was inspired to create a layout. I have used more papers from Felicity Jane. I then paired them up with some Unity stamps.  I fussy cut the beautiful flowers from the pattern paper.

To create the sentiment on the pennant (die from Reverse Confetti) I stamped a sentiment from the Leave Ordinary Behind SMAK kit then cut it apart and adhered.  The background stamp that I used on the gingham paper is from the Life is what you make it SMAK kit.

I also used the She stamp set.
