Well today is my birthday. So what am I going to do? I hope to spend much of the day in my jammies and in my craft room. Danica is like me and likes to sort and organize so she wants to help me do my craft room (it is an absolute disaster!). What a nice thought for her to want to do that - funny thing it was her suggestion which show how messy my room is! LOL
Now I just got the Spring CTMH catalogues here (available January 1st) and I have to say, happy birthday, christmas.... to me. On December 1st my order is going to be a biggie! Wow some fantabulous stuff coming out - CTMH just keeps getting better and better!
I think I will offer a small blog candy in honor of my birthday. Not sure what yet, maybe once I clean I'll find something. hehehe. To be entered I would like to hear what is your best birthday ever. ReplyDeleteAs for my bdays....I really don't like to be the center of attention or talk about my birthday (it isn't about my age....I just don't like it when people tell me over and over for weeks that their bday is coming up)....and I cannot remember ever having a bday party....so anyway....the only thing I remember about one birthday (and this is because of photos)....was that my brother (only 9 at the time) bought me a Care Bear...and to show appreciation I shook his hand! How silly of me!

It was a surprise birthday from my dad who I only saw about twice a year AND I received a gerbil as ny gift! I was soooo excited, however my mom was so not impressed, she knew nothing about it!!!

best birthday ever? one that i've had, or my DREAM birthday? well for my dream birthday, i can imagine some sort of awesome crafty shopping spree and spending it going a little crazy in a store or doing online shopping... sky's the limit! but best i can remember is a whole other story! ;) getting really upset because i got crappy birthday presents (i was 11, i believe), then being called downstairs after moping in my room, to find a shiny new 10-speed bike waiting for me, and dad waiting to take me clothes shopping, then to dinner. WOOT! (still doesn't compare to the crafties, now!)

ReplyDeleteMy best birthday, I would have to say was when I turned 21 and a friend set up this big surprise party for me at the college (I had attended for 2 yrs but wasn't in that semester) I thought it was a simple homecoming date but no, he gathered up all my friends from various groups I associated with and surprised me good!
