I think This card also fits the CPS sketch (which was really my starting point).
For my card I also incorporated the Stamptacular Sunday Challenge - Use only Black, White and Silver to create a Friendship card. This card didn't turn out quite like I imagined - should have embossed the kitty and it looks like the couch and tables are floating (lol) but the idea is there; one day I will attempt this again!I also stamped the inside of the card. The Stamps are from PTI (On My Couch and On My Couch additions)
The Pattern Paper is from Making Memories.
OMG this card is fab! I played with this stamp set last night - but your card is so amazing, not sure if I want to share mine now :)

ReplyDeleteYou are your own worst critic, Laurel! Honestly!
ReplyDeleteThe card is wonderful - the items look FINE - the "floor" just goes beyond the front edge of the couch - as it should.
I wouldn't have realized why the kitty was two colors if you hadn't pointed it out - but it still looks cool - like the rug - it looks intentional!
I'm dying to know - what is the sentiment inside?
Wow what a beautiful card!! The papers are so yummy and I love all the elements you've incorporated in you card. I don't think it looks like anything is floating at all! And the sentiment is just perfect!
