Valentine's treats for my girls

I just felt like making something just because.  No DT assignment, no magazine call, etc, just for fun.  I made two of these, one for each of my kids as a valentine surprise.  I know they will love it!  Now if I can just keep from eating the jelly beans until Valentine's Day - I mean really it is a month away!  I reused a PTI stamp package and the vials are from Impress Rubber Stamps, so this fits Dawn's Inspire Me Challenge.

Pattern Paper and Stamp: PTI
Cardstock, Ink and Ribbon: CTMH
Punch: SU!

Another project, just for fun.  I wasn't going to do this Tuesday Trigger as I hardly ever use purple, but not to be outdone by a challenge I decided to try it! LOL

For my card I used some Papertrey Stamps and pattern paper. The cardstock is from CTMH.  For the 'dots' I just punched out some circles and glued them on.  Wanted to try a french knot but I didn't have the right color of thread. This is another entry for the No Time to Stamp challenge.

  5. You are smart to do something just for fun! It's easy to get caught up in assignments and lose the love of just creating. Your giftie is sure to be a big hit!

I like that challenge picture and you picked up those colors wonderfully in your card!
