Woo Hoo, Happy Birthday

For the Friends with Flair post please scroll down this is my second post for today!

I used a sketch from Card Positioning Systems (#102) for their Year in Review Challenge



I wanted to really break into my new Topstitch paper pack and these Color Challenges just worked perfectly:
