The sponsor this week is Stretch'N'Bubbles and Alison is giving away 4 images, so come on over and play along!!
I went with the clean graphic look, colors and the serene feeling of the the inspiration piece and also used the colors from this weeks Color Dare Challenge.
The backgrround stamp is a Unity stamp that I have repeated. The sentiment is from Stampingbella and the image is from Sassy Studio Designs (be sure to stop by the blog tomorrow for my tutorial!), her name is Dyana.
Now for the sketch from Inspirational Card Sketches:
The color challenge from Pals Paper Arts:
And finally my card. I used a coffee bean in the center of the bow rather than a button and I scented the card with Cappucino Card Scents. Now if only I liked the taste of coffee! This is also for the Raise the Bar Challenge - Go Green.
Cardstock: CTMH and PTI
Stamps: CTMH (Noted Background, Coffee Stain); PTI (Tags for Spring); There She Goes (Let's Get Together); Unity (sentiment)
Now I am excited to say that I am off today for a day trip (6 hours of total driving) to The Sewing and Crafts Show (includes the Great Canadian Scrapbook Carnival) sponsored by Canadian Scrapbooker! It has never been here on the Island before so I am excited to go and see what it is all about and to meet some famous Canadians! Should be fun. Of course I have to do a Lululemon and Michael's stop too.
I love your coffee card! Great job on the challenges!
