Celebrate

The inspiration from Cupcake Inspiration:
For my card I used mostly CTMH stamps along with the Practicing Creativity banner. This is for the Paper Sundaes challenge - birthday and the Stamptacular Sunday Challenge - stars and stripes and the Heart 2 Heart challenge - stars and stripes; the Wee memories challenge - Red White and Blue
