The sketch this week from Card Patterns:
My card is pretty simple. Playing with some pretty papers and PTI stamps.
ETA: LOL - as I looked at my blog post I realized that I put the center panel on with the background upside down - not the way I had originally laid it out - notice the script ! LOL - off to fix it.
Beautiful great take on this sketch loving those papers!!!
ReplyDeleteAnother beauty, Laurel!
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous card.
ReplyDeleteSweet card, upside down panel and all. Not noticeable until you point it out since I didn't know what the paper looked like either way.
ReplyDeleteNo one would have ever noticed that! I love this shabby card and huge congrats on making top 3!!!!
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Kim xXx
Great card! I would have to look hard to notice this! Beautiful colors on this card.
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty card! Thanks for playing at Card Patterns!
ReplyDeleteSuch a lovely card!
ReplyDeleteSo lovely and shabby! Are the papers from Girl Paperie?
ReplyDeleteLOL!! Makes me feel better to know that amazing artists like you make little mistakes like that too!!!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card . . . even with the script upside down!
Super gorgeous:)
ReplyDeleteLOVE the card Laurel! I think it's interesting that we catch things like that in a photograph when we don't see them in real life. I wonder if our brains just make the "correction" automatically?? Anyway - it's lovely!
ReplyDeleteIt is gorgeous!!!
ReplyDeletelove girls paperie-very sweet, laurel:)
ReplyDeleteWonderful card, Laurel. Love the sentiment and the papers you chose (even the upside down one, LOL). The stitching pulls it all together nicely.
