I have a Design Secret. It was my turn to post the Divine Secret over at the Scrap Shotz forum. I have been asked quite a few times how I do my ruffled ribbon so I decided to do a mini tutorial on it. It is really easy, and you can check out the information at Scrap Shotz, in the July Divine Secret.
