Pucker Up

This is my second post for today, be sure to scroll down for my Sparkle Creations card for our kickoff weekly challenges!

The inspiration this week from Off the Wall:
I also incorporated the Whimsie Doodles challenge - sand, water or frosty beverage; the CAS challenge - dry embossing; Practical Scrappers - embossing; the Moxie Fab challenge - fun and cute.  I just love this Whimsie Doodles fish, I colored 'her' with copics and painted the lips with Shimmerz.  I also embossed her with the Swiss Dots embossing folder.  The water is embossed as well, I just adhered it upside down.  The 'talking bubble' is mounted on a foam square.
