I kept my card just as simple as the sketch only I flipped it. I used a Cutting Cafe image and Sentiment from the Beautiful Blooms collection, printed onto Kraft and slightly colored with copics. The center panel is on foam strips.

With Deepest Sympathy
Just did a quick card tonight using the sketch from Just Add Ink:
