I used this inspiration photo from The Shabby Tea Room:
For my card I used these images from My Grafico which being a tea lover I just had to buy and loved that they worked perfectly for both of these challenges! The paper is The Girls Paperie and the stamps are PTI. The 'doily' is actually cut from a table mat that I purchased at a garage sale this past summer, I just cut a corner from it. ETA this also fits Sandy's challenge too.
