Celebrating Chloe sneak peek

Time for another SCRS sneak peek and this week is Celebrating Chloe.

I used this sketch from Sweet Sunday:

I dug out my Nerdy Bird papers from Sassafras Lass, so fun!  The sentiment is from PTI.  Chloe is on foam squares.
