Take Time to Play

The color challenge from Curtain Call this week:

I decided to try a more springy card, kind of tired of rain and snow.  I still love these Echo Park Papers, can't wait to get my hands on their new stuff, YUMMY!  The label and clouds are cut with  Scrap-Mart Spellbinders Exclusive dies
