Congrats

Time for another Ribbon Carousel Challenge and this week it is Happy Birthday America.  Of course living in Canada we don't celebrate July 4th, but I was inspired by the colors to make a Congrats card (I'm anticipating hubby getting a promotion, fingers crossed)

I used this sketch from Lily Pad Cards:
The inspiration from Cupcake Inspiration Challenges:


I also took in the Gallery Idol challenge of a Congrats card.  The little stars and elements are from Elle's Studio digital USA Journaling Cards, available at Jessica Sprague.  The stickers are from SRM Stickers.  The twine is the Air Mail Divine Twine available at Ribbon Carousel.  This is also for the Pals Paper Arts challenge - stars and the Catch the Bug challenge.
