Oh Shoot

Second post for today, please scroll for my Ribbon Carousel card.

I was very honored when Kristy asked me to be a Guest DT for the new Some Odd Girl release and I jumped at the chance.

Problem was the Canada Postal Strike, I didn't get my stamps on time.  Well they just arrived so I went to work and got Photo Kaylee (I love Kaylee) inky right away!

I used the sketch from Card Patterns:

For my card I also used some Echo Park Playground and Dots and Stripes papers and a journal tag from Pretty Little Studio.  On the inside of the card it says, "I forgot your birthday".  You can see the post at the SOG blog here too.

  2. I love it Laurel! Your papers totally set off both the stamp and the birthday theme. :) I've featured you on our blog today http://someoddgirl.blogspot.com/2011/07/our-sneaks-guest-but-delayed.html

I'm totally bummed it didn't work out but that can't stop from trying again in the future sometime :)
