Love My Levis

I managed to do a project for this week's Friends With Flair at Unity.  I wasn't going to post another post today (this is the 4th!) as I have work to do to get ready for our garage sale tomorrow... BUT when I saw the Crate Paper challenge (below) I knew exactly what I was going to do. And this sketch challenge from Helmar's was perfect, I used the quick dry to adhere my embellies that were not stickers, the sewing is just for added texture, certainly not needed with Helmar's!

The Crate Paper color challenge this month had me thinking about the Levi's tag I saved from my jeans knowing that one day I would scrap a page about my Levi's.

I gathered my Levis, went and took some photos and within a couple of hours here is the layout - from picture taking to page! Love when that happens, everything just fell together so perfectly.  I used a pair of hubby's old Levis as embellishments.  Some Elle's Studio and Studio Calico tags, some Unity stamps and some Studio Calico letters for the title and all done!.  The paper, chipboard and stickers are from the Crate Paper Portrait collection.

Close up of the stamping - I used the January KOTM only I replaced the word accessories on the stamp with   some Crate Paper letters for the word Jeans.
