I dug into my scraps, really that is all I have left of it, of my Echo Park Splash collection. I thought I would make a 'fish' themed type of party for someone turning 19. Of course this could be for anything 'O-fishial'. I used my Glue Dots ® to hold the papers in place on the clear tubes and some of the fish that were cut out of pattern paper. I covered a Breezer bottle with some paper and adhered it with Glue Lines® . I thought that after a few Breezers a 19 year old may need to add water, hehehe. I love Glue Dots® they make everything go together so quickly and easily!
