It is time for another Ribbon Carousel Challenge and this week we are challenging you to use felt on your project and of course some Ribbon or Twine.
I am still making my way through some scraps and I have almost used up all of this fun Nikki Sivils collection, I just love the raindrop paper! I used my PTI cloud die to cut out some felt clouds. The twine is the Denim Twinery Twine.
