Perfect Form

We are on day three of the There She Goes New releases.  Today we are showcasing the Cute as a Button set.  I have used the October Afternoon Farmhouse collection as I thought it went perfectly with this set.
The ribbon tabs are done with the May Arts twill.  This is for the Crazy 4 Challenges challenge - birthday.
