Fall days, fun days

It is my day up in the Scrap Shotz Forum and my card challenge is to use a negative die cut on the card somewhere.  I decided to use some of my Bella Blvd Finally Fall scraps to create this Fall themed card.  The apple die is from PTI and the May Arts twine is available at the Ribbon Carousel.
