| | About a month ago, I went on a much-needed trip to New York City with a dear friend. It was our first time there and was definitely an experience she and I will never forget! Alas, every single one of my photos from that vacation remains hidden from view on both my camera and my iPhone. I had high hopes of making a special scrapbook of the photos for my friend for Christmas, but I just haven't been able to find the time to do so. However, Laurel Seabrook's "Seattle Frame" on page 64 of Simply Handmade: Paper Crafting is totally doable! I love how it showcases the memories, yet isn't as time consuming as creating an entire album of scrapbooking layouts. That is right up my alley! One could even create the base of this project and then switch out the photos and little embellishments throughout the year according to holidays and vacations, don't you think? Whether you create a piece of wall art or take the time to scrapbook, let's all agree to actually start printing all of those photos we're constantly snapping so everyone may enjoy them!
Have a lovely and creative day!
