Celebrate 7

I played with my Echo Park Scoot collection, such a fun collection and perfect for little boys.  I need to build up the birthday card stash for the students in my class and this one will be perfect.  I cut the plane and cloud with my Going Places Cricut cartridge and the sentiment flags are from Pretty Little Studio.  The main panel is on foam strips for dimension.  This is for the Shopping Our Stash challenge - birthday.
