Bundle of Joy Diaper Cake

I was totally inspired by Tamara's diaper cake that she posted awhile back and decided to make one myself.  I too used the Echo Park Bundle of Joy to create mine.  The only difference is, I am sure, that my cake is 2 sided.  You see my friend just had twins, a boy and a girl.  I sewed the pattern paper to the May Arts wired Burlap ribbon then wrapped it around each 'cake' section.  I then, of course, wrapped and tied a bit of twine.  I then went to work with the additions.  I backed the stickers with cardstock (scraps), cut out, adhered to some lollipop sticks and then inserted here and there.  I used my Glue Dots® to adhere the bits and pieces together, they sure make things go together quickly and easily!

This is the girl side of the cake:

And the boy side:

I created this project while on the Glue Dots Design Team.
