I was totally inspired by
Tamara's diaper cake that she posted awhile back and decided to make one myself. I too used the
Echo Park Bundle of Joy to create mine. The only difference is, I am sure, that my cake is 2 sided. You see my friend just had twins, a boy and a girl. I sewed the pattern paper to the May Arts wired Burlap ribbon then wrapped it around each 'cake' section. I then, of course, wrapped and tied a bit of twine. I then went to work with the additions. I backed the stickers with cardstock (scraps), cut out, adhered to some lollipop sticks and then inserted here and there. I used my
Glue Dots® to adhere the bits and pieces together, they sure make things go together quickly and easily!
