The prettiest thing you can wear

I just love to play with this older Polka Dot party paper by American Crafts... good thing I still have a lot in my stash :)

Not a lot to say about this, except I added some clear round dots to the petals to mimic water drops.  I also cut apart the stamped sentiment to go along with a Silhouette file.  The main image is on foam squares.
