Ride Em Cowgirl
The September issue of the Fancy Pants Newsletter is out and once again it is full of amazing inspiration! I created a layout for this months sketch challenge. I used the Everyday Circus collection to scrap these fun photos of my daughter riding the mechanical bull at the Calgary Stampede. The Die cuts are cut with my Silhouette.

Finally some scrappy time
Hi remember me? Boy has my blog been quiet lately. I have been so busy snuggling a baby and looking after my daughter as well as school start up. All fun, all good, just no crafting time! Well I snuck a few moments in there finally and I created a card with the Something Wonderful collection by Teresa Collins.
Now I must get back to that baby, I just can't seem to get enough snuggles in ;)

Unity and Faber Castell Blog Hop
Oh my goodness, I forgot how busy it is with a baby around! Now she is a good baby, she never cries, she just eats and sleeps. However, my daughter is on bed rest so I am looking after her and the baby along with trying to get my own stuff done (took me all day to make this card, LOL). I am so pooped! But I love it, love that baby so much!
Welcome to this weeks Unity Blog Hop. this week we are teaming up with Faber Castell. I used the gelatos to make a rainbow background then I stamped the SheArt Print Texture over top. I then used one of the new Angie Girls and paper pieced her with some Jubilee Wild Berry by My Mind's Eye.

Fall themed cards
Today is my day up on the Fancy Pants Blog and I have a set of 3 Fall themed cards. I had fun making them with the Burlap and Bouquets collection. I am only showing this one for you, to see the rest you are going to have to visit the Fancy Pants Blog! hehehe
I used my Silhouette to cut out the basket, the sentiment stamps are Technique Tuesday, the apples and 5 cent stamp are from PTI and finally my favorite Chicken Wire Background by MFT. Finally of course tied off with a bit of Divine Twine.

Teachers Touch the Future
I had an enjoyable day here at home by myself. Now there are a lot of things I could should have been doing but I chose to play in my scrap room as much as I could. I used the Something Wonderful collection by Teresa Collins to create a school themed card. Quite appropriate right now, we should have started school on September 2, but we are still in a labor dispute with the government with no end in sight for the near future :(
I used my Silhouette and a Kerri Bradford to cut out the letter background, the apple is a Silhouette cut, the stickers are of course SRM Stickers and the 'teacher' is a PTI die.
I am playing along with a few challenges.
Enjoy Fall... I am ready to!
I am ready for some fall weather. It has and continues to be quite warm here. I am ready for the coolness of fall. I used the Yes Please collection by American Crafts to create this fall themed card.
The stamped sentiment is a Technique Tuesday stamp and of course all finished with some Silhouette cuts (the large sentiment is from Kerri Bradford) and some stitching.
And I used this sketch from Studio Calico:
And also for the JUGS challenge:

Unity Blog Hop
Welcome to another Unity Hop. Have you been hopping along to see all the new creations and releases this week? If so you should and be sure to leave comments because as always there are some prizes up for grabs!
I used some Crate Paper Notes and Things along with the new Sophia stamp, isn't she pretty? I have also stamped a sentiment from the Imperfection is Beauty stamp set (love the sentiments in this set!) Of course, topped off with a Silhouette die cut.

Find Joy
I love the soft pretty colors in the Jubilee Mint Julep collection by My Mind's Eye. I am also in love with all the bikes, especially the pink ones ;)
I cut the sentiment with my Silhouette and then stitched it on. The bike is fussy cut from some of the pattern paper and mounted with foam squares.
