Design Team Close Up at CLC

I am up on the CLC Blog today sharing a little about me and my paper crafting. I did create a new card for today (a little different from my normal style) but hop on over there for some of my favorite CLC projects.

Inspired by... windows

The new Inspired By Challenge is up and I was inspired by the brick and the rectangles... though I took the tall rectangle elements loosely.

The card itself is pretty simple. I used a brick embossing folder for the background. I then stamped and paper pieced the Journee Girl by Unity and mounted her on foam squares. The papers are a mixture of CTMH mix ins...

I stamped and cut apart the sentiment (seem to be doing that a lot lately :) ) I was mimicking the tall buildings with the sentiment and the image.

Caffeinated Inspiration - Happy Spring

I am up on the CLC Blog today. I love the bright happy feel of the inspiration photo.  I combined papers from CTMH with stamps from Right at Home and Honey Bee Stamps.

Fitness/Weight Loss Journal - weeks 9 - 12

Like my Documenting Life Album... this is very simple. And once again, making use of this months SOTM, along with the Block Alphabet Dies. 

To create the title on this card, I used the Simply Said stamp set.

Once again, not a lot to say about the pages, pretty simple. I am making good use of this month's SOTM (This Happened) - if you scrapbook at all, this one is a must!

Once again, adding some interest using the Quotable Words stamp set (yet another must have)

Sketchy Saturday... so sweet

Time for another Sketchy Saturday. I have used the So Much Happy collection for my card. I once again combined this collection with the The Berry Best stamp set.

I layered papers and die cut frames. I then added the stamped image and mounted it on foam squares. 

The stamped sentiment is from the Love Blooms stamp set.

Inspired By... spring lovelies

Happy Spring! The new Inspired By challenge is up and it is so pretty.

I used the Feels Like Home collection because of the colors and that plaid paper... worked well for the inspiration photo.

Once again just layered bits of the pattern paper.

I then added one of the cards from the Picture My Life cards and stitched.  For the flowers I used the Know That I Care stamp set. I layered them on with stickers from the Complements. The top flower is mounted on foam circles.  Finally I added a sentiment from the Love Blooms set.
