Creating a fitness journal by altering a notebook

I am up on the Unity Blog with my Friday Favorites.  Be sure to head on over for more detail on how I created this altered notebook.

I have lost 30 pounds this last year but wanted a little more motivation for the last 20 so I am holding myself accountable by getting it on paper... and showing you ;)  

The main image was paper pieced and mounted on foam squares for dimension.  


I also added some SRM Stickers and a button from A Flair For Buttons to complete the theme.

Congratulations, Laurel on your weight loss. That is fantastic! I wish you all the best on reaching your final goal. This is a great looking cover for your fitness log. Looks like running/jogging must be your main type of exercise. That image is terrific. Great colors. Thanks for sharing!
