Back 2 School
I saw a challenge somewhere about school... now I can't find which one it was. Oh well it inspired me to break out the Smarty Pants collection from CTMH. I paired it with a stamp from SugarPea Designs. The ABC is an alphabet stamp set from CTMH

Inspired By... Back to School
The new Inspired By Challenge is up and it inspired me to create a school themed card. I love creating school themed items. My grand daughter starts Kindergarten this year so I made this for her and will give her some goodies to go along with it.
All of the paper and stamps are from CTMH. I used my Silhouette to cut out the images and a background die from Reverse Confetti.

Caffeinated Inspiration
I am up on the CLC Blog today with an inspiration challenge. I went with a back to school theme for my card.
I have used some Echo Park Paper along with stamps from The Stamps of Life and Studio Katia. Finally finished off with a button from A Flair for Buttons.

Inspired By... back to school
The new Inspired By Challenge is up and there is a prize up for grab this week! A Flair for Buttons is offering up a prize so come play!
Can you tell by my cards what the inspiration is? I am a sucker for anything school related... wonder why?! I used the Back to School collection by Echo Park paper along with the buttons.
Both of my girls are starting University this fall so I was inspired to create some cards for them... gifts to come later ;)
First up, my oldest has decided to get a degree in Business and Commerce so I had to tuck in some numbers where I could.
Next up, my youngest daughter wants a degree in Sociology with a minor in English, hoping to then become a teacher. She is the one in London right now so I thought this would work for her.
Now here is the Inspiration... fun one hey?

Teacher gift ensemble
Just a couple days left until school starts here for us.... summer just goes by too fast.
Today I am sharing a little teacher gift ensemble.... I'm pretty sure any teacher would love to get a little something like this to kick start the year ;) A little card and a bag of coffee/jelly beans or chocolate.... yum!
I have combined a few different products for this.
First up, I love the dies from Reverse Confetti (Tall Stripe on card and Tag Trio on bag). I then paired with an older retired(?) apple stamp from Wplus9. Of course I then had to use the fun SRM Stickers, washi tape from SU! and finally some twine!
I am playing along with a few challenges. First up the card sketch (which I flipped) is from Just Add Ink.

Teacher themed card
I played along with a couple of challenges today... I'm a sucker for school themes ;)
I used my SRM stickers again, this time paired up with an older SU! splatter stamp and the die is from PTI.
As always, and of course fitting for the theme... the addition of some staples :)

Act of optimism...
The end of summer is here for many and for me, I have one more week to get my classroom ready....
With all of the back to school challenges out there, I was inspired to create a card. I pulled out my stash of SRM Stickers and played. The papers are from CTMH.

Back to School...
I'm just heading to school for some last minute prep before the big day on Tuesday. Hopefully I finish up today and don't have to go in tomorrow :)
Before heading in, I decided to play along with a couple of challenges. I used some Simple Stories papers, my Silhouette and some twine and came up with a card I will tuck into one of my coworkers cubby :)

Back to School card
I am heading in to school again today, but thought I would play for a bit first :) I was checking out my Inspired By Pinterest board and it got me in the mood for creating. I guess the school themed party picture jumped out at me because I am prepping for the big day myself.
Anyhow, I used some Chickaniddy Crafts papers to create a school themed card.

The apple die is from Wplus9, the stars are from Simon Says.
And I am so glad to have my Silhouette all working again! I always seem to tuck a phrase onto my projects.
I used this sketch (love sketch challenges!), although I did flip it.
Now to see the fun photo I was inspired by... check it out here
