Last day for the Seasonal Expressions catalogue

I wanted to share some new and some projects that you have already seen.  I am doing so because the Seasonal Expressions catalogue ends today.... and in that catalogue is the gorgeous Hello Lovely products.  So... if you are at all thinking about them.... better get on it!  After today, they are no longer available!

Here are most of the projects that I created... some I have already given away :)  I have used it for wedding and tea themed projects.

Don't you agree... such gorgeous papers?  I love roses... and these ones are so pretty!

I even upcycled a wooden tray.  Painting it with Dixie Belle Paint.  If you love chalk paint... you are going to love using Dixie Belle.  The colors I have used for the tray (and wedding sign) are Dried Sage and Fluff.

To create the sign, I painted an upcycled wood piece with Dried Sage then I sanded.  I then used a Silhouette cut and stenciled with Fluff.  Easy and inexpensive project!  The little pots were also painted with Fluff.  Of course they will work perfectly for adding some little flower clusters.  I used my Cricut to cut the rose on the tag.

To create the tray in the background, I painted it with Dried Sage, then topped with Fluff and distressed.  As a final touch, I wrapped the handles with jute and then adhered some of the Hello Lovely pattern paper to line the bottom.

More detail on the projects can be seen here, here, here, here, here, here, here, and here :)

So once again, be sure to nab this collection today :)

Fruity Trio

I babysat my grand daughter today, but the poor thing was not feeling well, she slept most of the day.
It was, of course rainy, so I snuck into my craft room for a bit.

I had fun with my Stampin' UP! papers, doing some fussy cutting and putting some new Wplus9 stuff to good use :)

The next 2 cards are a variation of the same sketch.  First up I combined the Fruit Stand paper with a pattern paper from Tasty Treats.  The stamps and jar die are from Wplus9 and the other die is Echo Park.  I fussy cut the strawberries.  The jar is mounted on foam dots.

Next... isn't this sentiment perfect for the fussy cut pears?!

I was inspired for the above card by:

And here is the sketch I used on both cards:

Finally, the third card, very much the same, I just flipped a sketch.  The top pear is mounted on foam squares.

Here is the sketch:  I just flipped it.

And the colors are from:

You are amazing...

I played with some older Heidi Swapp papers to create this card.  Some papers are timeless and I think this collection is one of them :)

I fussy cut the flowers and adhered then stitched a zig zag in the center of them.  The die cut and stamped sentiment are from My Favorite Things.
