Scrap Tiffany Blog Hop

Welcome to the Scrap Tiffany Blog Hop.  If you have arrived from Kay's blog you are on the right track, otherwise you may want to start at the beginning - you don't want to miss anything!  I was asked if I would like to join in on this blog hop and I jumped at the chance because the theme was recycling - to use some recycled products on a project or projects.  I chose to do cards and I used recycled lunch bags, newspaper, old text book and an insert in a cookie bag.  There are so many inspiring projects along the way so be sure to begin here at Scrap Tiffany.

For my first card I used the Mojo Monday sketch for this week:

On this card I used a recycled lunch bag from our school's lunch program as my card base.  I also cut this crossword puzzle from the newspaper.  The other papers are from Close to My Heart (Notebook) and the stamps are from Unity and CTMH.  This card and the next one are also for the Paper Sundaes challenge - Kraft and Blue, and the Stampin' B's challenge - masculine.  This one also includes The Shabby Tea Room challenge - having a heart as main focal image.

For the next card I used the 2 Sketches 4 You sketch:
For this one again the 'kraft' is a lunch bag stamped with the Unity ledger background, the banner is stamped on an old textbook using another Unity stamp, the other stamps are CTMH as is the background paper.  Letter stickers are from American Crafts.  I used my Bind-it-All to punch the holes.

Finally how could I not do a Christmas card?  For this card I punched the snowflake from the corrugated paper that holds cookies in place in the cookie bags.  The rest of the paper is Little Yellow Bicycle.

Now be sure to hop on over to Kristie's blog and see the fabulous creations she has for you.

Great re-use! I love them all - the idea of the lunch bags (it looks just like my favorite, kraft paper!) and the white cookie liner for the snowflake - just brilliant!
