Hoo! Hoo! Hoo!

Happy Saturday, you know what that means... another Wee Memories challenge.  This week it is Woodland Animals:

We are sponsored by The Craft's Meow:

For my card I used the new Happy Hooliday's set, illustrated by our own Jenny Suchin! Aren't these owls the cutest!!!  I cut a real branch (leftover from last years Christmas tree - I dried some of the branches) and wrapped it with some Cappuccino twine from The Twinery.  Guess what the branch still has a faint smell to it too, love it!  I used a Glue Dot on the end of the branch then just wrapped away, then another Glue Dot at the end to secure and of course to hold it into place on the card.  The owl is mounted with the Pop Up Glue Dots, which have been layered for more height.  The paper is the new Holly Jolly paper from Echo Park.

Aww! I adore the Santa owl. What a clever idea wrapping the twine to look like a branch. Cute!
