Go. See. Do

It is my turn up in the Scrap Shotz forum (a day early) and since we just got back from a road trip and now hubby and I are off in Chicago (by plane) my challenge is to create a card with some sort of transportation on it.  Seems fitting for this time of year doesn't it?

I used my Heidi Swapp No Limits papers along with a sentiment from Unity and I die cut the plane with my Slice International Travel cartridge.  The small globe and the letters for 'fly' are punched from the pattern paper. I thought that this would not only make a good Bon Voyage card, but also be good for a Grad or anyone taking on a new adventure.  The twine is from Divine Twine.

Very cute, Laurel! Your travel theme really is perfect for this time of year. I was just stuck overnight at the Chicago airport. ;)
Love the layered pennants here and love the airplane die cut. The lettering punched from the paper makes an awesome sentiment, too!
Hope you enjoy your time in Chicago!
