Girl Talk Time

It feels good to go into the scraproom to just create finally.  I have been so busy, it has been so hot and I just didn't have any mojo.  I decided to play along with the Crop & Create:

This is the second sketch from the Crop & Create

I was also inspired by the Scrapbooker's Paradise Ponderings challenge:

When I saw this picture from Cupcake Inspirations I thought of my Crate Paper Random paper pack.

I used my Cricut and went to work.  I used a small leaf punch and a corner rounder making this fit the Mark's Finest Papers challenge as well.  The twine is from Divine Twine.  To hold the rolled roses together and to hold them together I used some Glue Dots.  I also used a Unity stamp and a small paper bag, which would fit a gift card, so I can see stuffing a Starbuck's Gift Card in here for any occasion from Just Because to Thank you.

What a great card and a great way to be able to give a gift card! I love that it just looks like a paper detail on the card until you see it can hold a gift card. Thanks for the ispiration. :)
