Notepad Message Center

I did another bit of upcycling.  I had this wooden notepad holder kicking around.  I got it at a garage sale.  I forgot to take a before picture but it was basically just bare wood.  I painted and distressed it then added some Nikki Sivils  Messages paper and die cuts.  No matter how often I put out a pad or sticky note pad of paper by the phone, it always disappears... this one shouldn't!   After covering the piece, I then used my Hello2You stamp set from The Stamps of Life for the sentiment and of course a bit of Cappuccino twine from The Twinery.

Oh gosh, this is cute. I remember that we had something along a similar vein when I was growing up. Great job on the project!

LOL I have the same problem with notepads disappearing when next to our phone. This is a great idea.

What an adorable message pad. Love that you upcycled an old garage sale piece into something fabulous. Love those papers and the little phone is just perfect for this. I just got this line and am looking forward to using it.
