Where oh where has the mojo gone

Oh my, my mojo has gone somewhere...

I did a layout this morning for a Guest DT on a blog... can't tell yet ;) and after that the mojo vamoosed somewhere.  I cleaned my house and tidied my scrap desk (you know you have no mojo when...), went for a run, cleaned a but more, and nada.

Well I decided to force something out.  This is what I came up with.  Definitely not one of my favorites, but they all can't be right?  However, I think it worked as I then made 2 more cards... they are for some DT posts next week.  So yay for a bit of mojo!  I think I will call it a night as far as scrapping goes.  Perhaps now it is time for some Pinterest ;)  Oh and this is from the My Mind's Eye Bright Side collection.  This is for the Young Crafters Unite Challenge - stitching.

I likey, not evidence of missing mojo! I hear ya though, those ones you have to force out hurt sometimes, but I agree - sometimes that is what it takes to get over the funk! Enjoy your weekend!

Well, I would certainly never guess your mojo wasn't flowing when you made this cutie, Laurel! I think it's fabulous. Love the pop of orange and blue with these neutrals and love the hemp wrap at the top. Great stitching, too.:)

Seems like "fake it till you make it." Very nice card and looks inspired to me. :-)

Hi Laurel! I really like this card. It came together beautifull, really. I also played along in the Young Crafters Unite Challenge cuz I'm a "sewing junkie". LOL I would LOVE to have you stop by and look at my entries, and if you like - I would really enjoy having you as a new follower on my blog. I do enjoy checking your blog regularly for inspiration, and if you don't mind - I would also enjoy following you!
Hope you're having a great week!
Blessings,
Karen L
