Elegance never fades

It is time for another challenge over at The Challenge and this is sketch week:

I must admit I was a bit baffled at first but then I remembered that I had this beautiful Altenew stamp set (Painted Flowers) and challenged myself to try them out.
If you know me, you know I love my pattern paper and really don't use my stamps enough.
Today I am glad that I did :)
Although I couldn't go with a plain white, so I used one of my journaling cards by Heidi Swapp, a subtle pattern.
The cardstock is from My Mind's Eye - love the Goldenrod!

I also used the DIY stamp set by Precious Remembrance along with a sentiment from The Ton (Timeless Icons).  The bottom rose is mounted on 3D Foam Squares by Scrapbook Adhesives for a bit of dimension.

Be sure to check out the rest of the inspiration over at The Challenge!

BEAUTIFUL, Laurel! I love those gorgeous yellow blooms. I tried to order these fabulous sentiments, but they were sold out. Elegance certainly describes this pretty card! XX

Hey! I saw the sketch on Lesley's blog and made my own sketch note to put in my crafting area to try, so was excited to see that you have already tried it--and quite successfully.

Yellow is still so trendy whether paired with gray or brown, so it's cool to see how you have used it in this sketch challenge for your color inspiration.

Overall grade= S+...super satisfactory!!!!
