Sending Warm Thoughts

I have now moved from Christmas onto winter themed cards.  I actually couldn't wait to play with my new snowflake border die (Sensational Snowflake Collage) from Simon Says.  I kept the card pretty simple, but I did mount the card front on foam strips for dimension.

The sled is from Memory Box .  I used a couple of SU! stamps (one is on sale Smitten Mittens... be sure to get it soon!)  I paired the Smitten Mittens with the Hug in a Mug set.  I love red for Christmas, and I don't know about you .... but I am ready for some cool winter colors so that is what I went with.

I am playing along with a few challenges:

What an awesome card. That sled is so realistic, I thought it was a little metal sled at first. Great job on that! The card is fabulous. I'm kind of sad I didn't get to use hardly any of my Christmas stamps this year, but am hoping to start my cards for next year and then get into winter themed cards! Thanks for sharing this wonderful card!
