Upcycled Halloween Vase

This is my second post for today, please scroll for my Halloween card using these same papers.

I did a really quick Halloween Home Decor project today.  Everything is adhered using Glue Dots®, man do they ever make a project go quickly and easily (I so don't miss my hot glue gun!) I used my Fancy Pants October 31st paper and transparency.

First, I cut the transparency down to fit my clear jar.  Then I just adhered one edge to the jar using the Glue Dots, wrapped the transparency around and adhered the other side, a couple of minutes and done, how easy is that.  To add some dimension I cut out various sized spiders from the pattern paper using the Chic & Scary cricut cartridge and of course adhered with some more Glue Dots.  The legs of the large purple spider are adhered with Mini Glue Dots for more dimension.  All in all, this went together so quickly and I love that I upcycled a garage sale glass cylinder!  This is for the Cricut Circle challenge - Halloween Home Decor.

Here is the completed project:

And a couple of close ups:

I wrote this blog post while participating on the Glue Dots design team; hope you enjoyed my project as a Glue Dots Dottess.
